Discussion on Response to student on Six Sigma

Hi dear when I read your assignment, I am satisfied you did a great job. Everything about the Six Sigma is justified and clearly explains. This assessment is about the managerial tools of the Six Sigma. I am agree with your this point Six Sigma as a managerial tool plays a significant role in the promotion of the profitability of a corporation by enhancing the efficiency in the production process. Because the six sigma is also used as the managerial tools which is very important for the profitability promotion of any organization through improving efficiency.

In the purpose section I clearly understand what do you want and what you do, and it’s the great idea. But I am little bit confused when I read you literature review there is no in text citation just show the name of the author, where the citation is necessary in Literature review.

2. Impact of Activity based costing on organizational performance

Now the next research is about the “Impact of Activity based costing on organizational performance” which is very interesting topic. I am very happy when saw this research because I have a lot of knowledge regarding to this field. And I am satisfied and agree when I see you’re these two points Activity based costing is a more complicated method of costing that is also highly accurate. The concept of activity based costing has come up owing to the inaccuracies that are associated with traditional costing method. These points are sure accurate; you did a great job in this research.  

The one thing which is not satisfied in your research is that “purpose of research” is very lengthy and I did clearly understand what do you want, so in my review the purpose of research is to the point and main point is elaborated in this section.

JIT - Just in time production system

This is great point to reduce the waste and maintain the safe inventory across the manufacturing industry “just in time” is one of the most popular concepts. I am agreeing with this point because company employs this concept. You did a great job in your research because it’s to the point and clearly elaborated. Your purpose of research is very specific and to the point. And the literature review is also explained with the page number but there is citation is missing just name of author is mentioned.

In the conclusion i am not clearly understand the point JIT as a management philosophy is factored around the numerous attempts to reduce the wastage and continuous improvement of productivity to improve the production results.  Because the philosophy of JIT management in which factor reduced waste and continuous improvement. At the last the personal thoughts is accurate and clearly explained I ma agree with yours different points.

Operating Leverage on Managerial Accounting

I am very happy when I read your research about the “Operating Leverage on Managerial Accounting”. Because I have a great of knowledge and experience in the accounting field. And I am little bit confused about this point, the operating leverage within a company will tend to be higher if the company has a higher production of fixed costs compared to variable costs. Because you did not provide the references. But the purpose of the research is to the point in known and understands what you want in this research.  

You did a great job when you are writing the literature review, because you provide the references with the page number which is authentic point for the literature review, and same as in the conclusion you also provide the references and along with the page number.
