Factors affecting Strategy Implementation

This paper describes the factors of the operational process which influence the effective implementation of strategy in the Middle East. It focused on five factors of the operational process which included feed and control, people, operational planning, communication, and resource availability (Obeisant, Al-Hadith, Rhinitis, & Manasseh, 2017).
