A better
understanding of the process of the large-scale curriculum is offered by this
study in terms of the utilized implementation strategies, reform function, and
curriculum coherence carried out in Finland. Implementing the reform of
curriculum entails interpretation of new ideas into educational practices,
which include the complex process of sense-making from involved factors (Nectarine, Pyhältö, & Sonic, 2017).
