Researchers in this study examined the influence of styles of leadership on implementation of strategy in the pharmaceutical industry. An uncommon business culture characterizes pharmaceutical industries including the process of high regulation and extra-logistic application. It also defines leadership styles which influence the process of strategy implementation (Khouly, AbdelDayem, & Saleh, 2017).
