Everyone in
this world want to make his/ her body fit. For this purpose everyone human
needs to work out at Gym. Logically you first of all you have to make your mind
and set goal to get healthy.
You have to
make your diet plan for whole days of week. Join any good gym where you need to
consult any instructor, he will guide you how to work out, how much weight you
required for first month. After getting all the information from your
instructor, you can start work out there.
I want to
share my experience with you. At the beginning I did start from push-ups,
cycling and jogging. I had started chin-ups and sprints in the second week. For
starting work on weight I needed to work on my muscles and reshaping my body by
performing extra activities and getting more food, specially with the
supplements. one more thing is to keep in mind was that I had not to do over
work. It might possible that the trainee will go in the aggression phase where
everyone needs be calm and complete only given sets.
Just warm-up
your body after performing given or designed sets, you can work on weight
machines. You can start pulling weight from butterfly machine which is very
useful to shape up your wings and make your body more attractive, (4 to 5 sets
are compulsory). Now come to weighting rod, here you have wide range of variety
in the rod exercises. I did use rods exercises for reshaping chest, shoulders,
and arms. After completing the sets of rods, it is confirmed that you will feel
fatigued and any kind of muscle stress but you should not stop here. Never ever
try to relax your muscles in while working out because it gives you more
strength and power to complete your sets.
Bench press
is the one easiest and hardest exercise make your belly strong and attractive
looks wise. Gymmers are used to do this to make the six pack abs. you should do
arm dumbbell rows and presses for that.
At the gym
while working out, you need to play music some times to motivate yourself. It
is very useful trick to perform extra and get extra.
In leg raise
game, legs should be moved up and down. Remember one thing, you should not
relax or put your legs on floor or bench during this game. Try hard to keep
your legs in the air.
Whenever you
feel any fatigue, you can also take rest for just 4 to 5 minutes and start
working immediately.
Every time
while working out in Gym, you should respect your weighting instruments,
machines and try to be kind. Don’t be aggressive but perform your task.
After
completing all your tasks you need to take rest for just 10 minutes and you can
now drink water.
