            Every human in the world perform the specific roles and for performing roles everyone needs balanced diet plan to be energetic. Women is the specific creature in human being who needs more energy and get much more. Every women is to take balanced diet.

            Women should do take more fruits and juices. Make diet plan for day and for a weak. Taking fats and proteins in the breakfast is good to keep herself is more energetics. In breakfast every women sould do eat eggs, butter , Juices and the fruits.

              If a woman works in any office then she needs to eat traditional food for example in Pakistan everyone like to eat curry and bread and sometime with the salad. Salad is very good to control diabetes. 

              In the night all you need to eat less but more nutrious.  Never ever try to sleep without eating. I have read a Hadith in a specific book about eating in night is that “ Eat must before going to bed whether eat just one date “ This means that if any person don’t eat before time sleeping , it is possible that person will be older and looks less energetic.

In simple words every women should take vitamins, Nutrients, minerals and proteins daily for keep herself stronger.

            In many surveys, many times doctors and scientists noticed that every 5th women out of 10 is suffering and facing the low bone density and this is because of just improper diet plan.

            Every women should enter the the Spinach in her daily meals and it turn her more active. Effective diet plan does not mean that women should eat heavy foods, it is wrong and unnecessary. Here we are discuss about balanced diet. Balanced diet is all about if a woman eats meat one time a day then she should use the beans and vegetable in the next meal.

            Doctors recommend every women to drink milk every night and they will drink in the morning it is gold for them because it has fats and are used in whole day during work.

            Remember one thing, every pregnant women needs more fats and proteins because they could be very weak during breast feeding. To overcome the weakness, they should be very careful to select the diet plan. The effective way is to just make a chart for diet.

 Creating Healthy and balanced diet for women

Women should do try this long standing diets:

·         Balance meals and snacks with all grains , vegetables , meat and fruits.

·         Take three meals a day approximately along with proteins and fiber filled snacks

·         Consume atleast half the plate of vegetables, take quarter planted based protein

·         Arrange color of variety in foods

·         For consumption of meat, prefer the fish in a month, prefer the beaf or mutton in a weak atleast

·         Take some sweet things after meals for better digestion.
