As by the term name project
management, we can understand the simpler meaning which is to manage the
projects. But it is not as simple as it looks but also not very difficult too. I
have learned a lot of things in terms of understanding project management in
all my semester and the things that I have learned I am going to explain that. Reflective
learning is the most efficient and important thing in your life so that if
people do not learn the things properly then they cannot be able to explore new
things and get the most effective and efficient performances from their
working. Self-learning allows you to not only manage the workings but also to
make them implementing successfully and the overall workings go well. The best
thing about self-learning is that you will be able to get the desired things in
your organization along with success and max rate of profit for sure.
The project management is not a
unique term but the main thing that Project management in any organization
refers to the planning’s and maintaining of project efficiently and properly so
that it can be a successful step. It can be daunting or hectic but you must plan
it in a way that it wouldn’t get hectic for you and you must not have to see
any failure or issue in completing it successfully. (Wins, 2018)
The first thing that needs to be
taken care is that you must highlight its scope and future success rate that
whether it will be beneficial or us or not. This is the main thing that needs
to be done to accurately get essential results. The boundary of the project is
defined by defining its scope. The overall process needs to be done efficiently
with an understanding and outstanding performance that leads to its successful
compilation. The project lifecycle, project completion criteria, and project
milestone should remain in the priorities of you to have the best project
management practice in any organization or project of any other kind.
First managers need to be managed
properly as they are going to manage the whole process. The main thing is to
give them a better atmosphere so that they can handle all the situations
properly and can get the best thing while working in that organization. Because
they find it difficult for the organization to work efficiently as well as they
do not work properly. Employees must be provided by the new ideas and
developmental strategies so that he can explore more opportunities and can be
able to get the better atmosphere where he or she can develop more explorative
ways to become more successful in that organization. Manages the working
efficiency well but considering very much keenly to the facilities and needs of
its employees then that organization will lead to the most successful and
prosperous organization in terms of achieving the targets as well. (Workfront.com, 2019)
The changings, overall
systems and the complete process of efficient working for your project are
necessary so that you will not be able to face any issues or problems in the
future. The organizations have rules and regulations that need to be followed
by every employee to maintain the discipline and well maintenance in the
organization. All the leaders and managers in the organization are assigned to
tackle the issues of anything happens to them in the coming future. The more
they work properly the better they get success. Management is that field that
needs be done extra efficiently and extra smart so that they are going to handle
the complete success and profit rate of their organization.
My
point of view in this situation or question is that managers must provide a proper
atmosphere to the employees in terms of making them comfortable as well as they
must make the atmosphere of the organization comfortable for the employees. The
managers are very much important in making the atmosphere of the organization
positive and to make the working of the organization efficient for the
employees so that they can get the best workings in the organization. The
employees are that part of the organization that must be taken care very much
positively and very much effective as well.
According to my
point of view, the managers must make the working of the employees comfortable
to make them punctual and aloe them the work only of which they are capable of.
Too much overload of the work makes the employees difficult to make their stay
long in that organization. Such employees are the most efficient and most
important factor so that they cannot be made disturbed by the organization so
that the organization can have real success positively.
The
statement that employees must be retendered in an organization because
employees when work properly only then organization became able to achieve its
targets on time as well as on the high rate of success organization can go
without having them any kind of issue or problem in the organization. The organization
if do not provide efficient facilities to their employees that only they be
able to get the actual success of the organization. This statement suits best
in achieving the actual targets of the organization. (Pmi.org,
2000)
The
statement that employees when given a lot of facilities in the organization
then they do not work properly and they consider them the essential part of the
organization so that they find it very much easy that they can make
organization bound to agree with them in any situation. Because they find it
difficult for the organization to work efficiently as well as they do not work
properly. Therefore according to my opinion, I disagree with this statement
that employees do not be given too many facilities so that such boundaries can
make them hard in working in that organization.
The
key points to handle this situation must be that some organizations who do not
have an efficient atmosphere for the organization in terms of making them
reliable and good for the employees you must facilitate them with little
facilities to make the employee's comfortable in the organization's working.
The atmosphere if not comfortable for the employees then they do not feel
uncomfortable working in that organization. This point when focused then it
makes the working atmosphere of the organization positive and comfortable for
the employees to work with. (Blsfinancial.com, 2018)
Organizations
may be sometimes must provide some incentives and awards for the employees who
perform good efficiency in the organization. Because such rewards make them
extra efficient as well as this policy makes them motivated and they do the
working in the organization with more good efficiency. Employees must be provided
by the new ideas and developmental strategies so that he can explore more
opportunities and can be able to get the better atmosphere where he or she can
develop more explorative ways to become more successful in that organization.
The employees must be guided with efficient and leadership skills that make
them comfortable in working at that organization as well as they can easily
concern with their leaders in case they have any issue in working they can
easily ask from the leaders.
There
are more than one thing in project management and these should be counted in a
way that many other things are going to manage the overall progress so that the
overall performance of the organization remains efficient and wonderful. (Ipmcinc.com, 2019)
Summing
up all the points in terms of making the working atmosphere of the organization
efficient and comfortable to achieve the best efficiency in the organization. Managers
must do their working very much efficiently and with positivity so that their
leadership will lead the organization to high goals achievements. The
organization can only be able to get the best results so that they can achieve
the best targets on the time when it is required so that the efficiency and
workings of the employees reflect the organization's efficiency improved. The
organization that leads to good employees working atmosphere always takes the
best place in the market where they are working in competition with other
organizations working on the same goal.
The
techniques by the employees must be very much unique and efficient that they
focus on the maintenance of the strategies that best implement the working
strategies’ in terms of making the working of the organization smooth and
effective. Such atmosphere where the managers Manages the working efficiency
well but considering very much keenly to the facilities and needs of its
employees then that organization will lead to a most successful and prosperous
organization in terms of achieving the targets as well as in terms of
increasing the working efficiency of the employees as well as of the
organization as a plus. Such organizations will become a role model for the
employees to work in it in terms of having the best place to work with. (Go2hr.ca, 2017)
