Difference between Religion harassment and bona fide occupational qualification defense

The bone fide is related to real talent of the person that is working in any organization. On the other side in the religion harassment or discriminate the organization is involved creating discrimination on the basis of their race and many other things. 

This can be explained with the help of example if the fashion company is hiring models in their organization so that they will never hire any Muslim because their culture is totally against them rather than the beauty of the person. On the other hand if the organization is totally based on bona fide so that it will hire on the basis of his qualification. The organization will never discriminate him on the basis of his religion or any other thing. The bone fide only relate with the proper job specification for the person. The reason is that the talent of the person is extremely important for the organization. On the other side the religion discrimination may harm the real talent of the person (Blanck, 2000).

Understanding of FMLA and the pregnancy discrimination act

In different states of America pregnancy is considered one of the most important disability. In different amendments of America disability act there is proper discussion about the disability and some laws that will affect the organization. But for the area of pregnancy discrimination there are two important effects that may include

The first effect is regarding to the manager of the organization. According to the law his must have to provide reasonable accommodation for the employees that are affected with any sort of disability factor in their life. As this act is according to the disable person then it is also for the pregnant women (Craig, 2007).

The next effect is discussed under the amendments it can be seen that there must be proper reasonable accommodation for the employees that are struggling with temporary disabilities. Through the help of this act it will become quite easy to accommodate pregnant women in the organization because it is covered by ADA.

With the help of these acts it will become so much easy for the disable person to work in any organization.
