There are different factors causing jobs stress
and three examples of organizational stress management are primary prevention,
secondary prevention, and tertiary prevention. These management approaches are
approved as effective management strategies. The aim of primary prevention
strategies is used to prevent a stressful situation that can occur in the
organization. In the secondary prevention Strategies, the monitoring of
processes by an individual is considered for real-time application. In the
tertiary prevention strategies, the reactive nature and minimization of stress
are considered. The good example of these strategies is employee assistance
programs that include effective tertiary prevention stress management
strategies. The program includes therapy and counseling of employees. The other
techniques used in this program is breaking of stressful event and season within
the organization and how it can be handled. The program also includes a medical
resource extended to the Employees. In the case of secondary stress management
approaches the team building exercises are good examples. In these exercises,
the employees are provided with social supports Network and they are empowered
by new techniques of stress management on a daily basis. This process includes
a predictable workflow that is designed based on the minimization of stresses
and how an organization can prevent stress in the workplace. Biofeedback,
hypnosis, and meditation is another stress management technique that can be
used by an individual in the workplace. These techniques enable to maintain a
stable emotional state even through the stressful situation. The best strategy
is to have 15 to 20 minutes with deep relaxation to reduce stress and this
strategy increases emotional distress, heart rate, and blood pressure. Another biofeedback
approach for stress management in the organizations is to use physical
indicators of stress. This process includes monitoring of Heartbeat, breath
changes, and negative feelings. By actively controlling the breathing and
acknowledging the body changes as a reaction of stress can be used to regulate
the mood and to identify stresses. The Other example is the hypothesis approach
for stress management in which recording in attending the therapy session
provides a comfortable environment to reduce the stress. In this hypnotic
induction, individuals can create a sense of relaxation and the subconscious
effect of stresses can address (Siteman. com, 2008).
Question 2: Individual
Approaches toward Managing Stress
Managing stress
at the individual level required identification of sources of stresses. In some
cases, the resources stress is not obvious but one can identify the sources by
considering the issues and deadlines that generate worries, tensions, and
pressure. The sources of stress can be individuals' personal attitude such as
lack of proper planning, procrastination, poor time management, and low
understanding about managing the stresses and work demands. The following three
approaches can help an employee in individual stress management processes and
these management approaches include time management, physical exercises, and
relaxation (Zizek, Treven, & Čančer, 2013).
Time management to Managing Stress
Poor time management
can lead to pressure and causes consequential stress. It could occur by an
individual if stress is beyond measurement. In such a situation and
circumstances, it becomes difficult to stay calm and focused. The planning and
managing time to achieve the goals can reduce stress and pressure of deadlines.
To manage the time properly and to reduce the pressure individuals should
consider the goals and then allocate time according to the relevance of
priority. For instance, a manager can create a daily planner that highlights
all the needs and goals to be accomplished in a day. In this daily planner, he
can distribute the time according to the task priorities and importance (Zizek, Treven, & Čančer, 2013).

stresses. The physical activities engage a person to relieve stress, to burn
away the anger. Frustration and tension. According to a famous saying, exercises
releases endorphins that can boost moods and enlightens variable destruction to
be reduced from daily worries. The best examples of physical exercises include
swimming, softball, walking, cycling, dancing, and physical activities that
boost body hormones. The regular physical activities help the body in building
up resistance against different pressures.
Relaxation to Managing Stress
Practicing
different relaxation techniques is a great method to handle daily stresses. The
rest and relaxation in the daily schedule include a break from all
responsibilities and replenish lost strength. According to M. Smith, leisure
activities bring joy and relaxation that slows down the heart rate and lower
down the blood pressure. There are different types of relaxation techniques
including deep breathing, tai chi, and meditation to yoga (Zizek, Treven, & Čančer, 2013).

The organizational chart presented in figure 1
shows the mechanistic model and the hierarchical structure. The organization
chart representing the business shows that in the company I am presently
working as a sales representative. The AS Bryden And Sons Ltd is a wholesale
company that includes selling of pharmaceutical products, personal care items,
household food, fine wine and liquors, and frozen foods
2.
Two ways of the organizational design
affecting the relationship with external companies are listed below,
1)
Authority and responsibility should be clearly
defined. Because it has a positive effect on communication with external
companies. For instance, international suppliers employees of the company have
complete information about the chain of command and how to follow it. The staff
members and personal workers are responsible to handle the orders and fill
them. The members have outstanding skills in the marketing of the products and
payment.
2)

management. Specialization permits the organization to have complete focus on
the particular skills and different sources to increase efficiency. It will
positively affect the relationship between the company and external companies.
For instance, in a small business, the owner is familiar with all the business
products, orders, and representatives. There is possible if the items are not
delivered practically. In such situations, customers direct contact with the
sales representative and resolve the problem.
3.
Two advantages that the company might get
based on its structures.
1)
The clear path to the advancement: the
structure provided in figure 1 shows a clear advancement and progression for
the employees to get through. In the structure, it normally shows replacement
or retiring of a senior employee. It shows that the development of the company
and employees moving in the company from a junior position to a superior
position depends upon the organization structure. In the present case the
junior employees, processing advancement must know subsequent steps and
structure of the organization to clearly outline their objectives.
2)
The structure as provided in figure 1 also
presents a clear outline for the communication. The lines are used to develop
the relationship between subordinates and managers and shows communication
directly between the workers and managers. This approach provides a representation
of the working process. In this approach, the subordinates will know about the
report and how to obtain the information and commands.
4.
According to the structure provided in figure
1, there is only one way of managers and supervisor role that induces impact on
the design of the organization. The organization is achieving positive results
through smoothening functions and running programs. The supervisors and
managers organize the task and projects according to the basis of their job
category and departmental conditions.
5.

1)
Development of merchandiser report and then
presenting directly to the warehouse manager.
