4)How have you used storytelling in presentations you've delivered in the past?

The storytelling is one of the most difficult tasks during the presentation. In the past, I have delivered many presentations. But only in a few presentations, I have used this storytelling technique. For storytelling, I worked on making the presentation more ideal and perfect. I started to repeat all the concepts after making the presentation. Then after this, I started to make a story for clearing my point to the audience. It will take 2 or more days to make a perfect story for the concept. Then after this, I practiced it in front of the mirror and made my story more perfect.

5) How have you incorporated the story into your presentations this term?

This is one of the difficult tasks during the presentation to incorporate a story in my presentation. But I have done this several times. In college time, I was giving a presentation on different languages in rural areas. For explaining this point I have used my past story during the interview with the rural person. He was replying me in his language and I have learned some words that I have to use during the presentation. Through the help of the story, I was able to link my ideas with the presentation in an ideal way.

6)Do you have plans to double-check your future presentations to ensure enough story is utilized?

Yes, I have made a proper plan for double-checking my future presentation so that I am able to make a more comprehensive story. This will help me in the future in sharing my ideas in a more ideal way than before. This will also help me to improve my presentation skills and will be well aware of how to attract the audience. The storytelling also helps me to make long presentations for the future. This will also ensure me to make my point more clearly to the audience.

There is a lot of difference between developing an informative speech and also developing a persuasive speech.

Informative speech

·               In this speech, the speaker is able to share his ideas in the form of proper information

·         The topic of an informative speech is totally related to technology and the speaker is using abstract concepts during the presentation,

·         In this type of speech, there is a proper requirement of required data.

Persuasive speech

·                 In this type, the presenter must have a storytelling skill.

·         The presenter is able to share his views in a proper way

·         The presenter is able to attract his audience in such speech

There are three main presentation design rules that are extremely important during the designing presentation. The presenter must have to explain one point per slide. Through this, the audience is able to evaluate that point during the presentation easily. The next tip is that there will be less number of words in each slide of the presentation. This means that there will be more pictures in the presentation this will attract the audience. The last valuable tip is that the presenter must have to link the presentation data in the form of a story. Through this, the presentation is able to explain his point in a proper way (Sedniev, 2012).

9)What are three characteristics of authentic and natural delivery?

The three main characteristics are

Large conversation quality, speaker naturalness and desire to communicate with the audience.

If the presenter has all of these characteristics then he is able to communicate with his audience in a proper way. Through these characteristics, the presenter is able to entertain his audience in a proper way with perfection.
