The project was started to bring
improvement in the booking system for the Aussie Vacancies in winter and summer
holidays seasons. The project was initiated in summer season for advance
preparation of winter holidays. In the initial phase of the project life cycle,
an idea was presented by the Aussie Vacancies to develop an internet based
booking system for its targeted audience. Managerial staff and supporting team
members conducted research in the targeted market before initiating this idea
to collect information about the perceived value of the customer, requirements
of customers, possible opportunities of improvement, and satisfaction level of
the customer regarding the offered products and services. Research analysis
