In the research paper, there is the
focus on the customers of Tanzania market; who are using mobile platform methods. The problem
statement of the research includes the Tanzania market customers; who are
finding it hard to trust the mobile payment services through mobile platforms.
There is the lack of collaboration between the stake holders, no technological
standard and low value added for consumers and merchants compared to existing
payment methods.
The research objectives include the ‘potential issues
the customers are facing in mobile transactions and its effect on the customers
trust on the merchants in the market’.
For the methodology of research
paper; it uses both of the qualitative and quantitative method of research.
However, the primary and the secondary research techniques were used in the
present research. For the primary research the Journal and peer reviewed
articles were used and for the secondary research questionnaires method is used
to get the response from the local merchant and customers of the mobile payment
services.
In the research findings it is
found that in market of Tanzania the people still not trust mobile payment
platforms for the large transactions. However, the relationship between all of
the variables in the hypothesis is positive which indicate that there is
relationship between the mobile payment services usage and building trust on
the merchant, the young people are more willing to trust the mobile payment
services as compare with the elders.
It is concluded that there are many
platforms of mobile payment services that are building the trust of people
through in Tanzania
market however, the mobile platforms need to effectively focus on the customer’s
relationship strategies and services in order to catch the heart of the customers
and position as number one choice to
their customers.
