ISO 9000-2000 is the latest version for the that is
developed for the quality standards and enhances the customer satisfaction. The
chain framework includes sections, resources, management responsibilities, and
the other industry specified differences (Pcimag. com, 2000). According to the ISO 9000-2000, the
top management ensures that if the customer requirement is met and the aim of
the services are achieved. The standards require the accomplishment of
different activities including delivery and post-delivery activities (Pcimag. com, 2000).
The organizations are liable to establish the
procedures related to the communication of product information with the
customers. The customers are necessary to be satisfied and it can be obtained
by process of feedback (Pcimag. com, 2000). The standards provide the perception
of monitoring customers in the organization. The standards ISO 9000-2000 requires
the organization to be certified and updated with the current quality system (Pcimag. com, 2000).
The ground rules of the organization consider the future
of organization work. There are three main documents of ISO 9000-2000 and each
document deals with different functions. ISO 9000 deals with the complete vocabulary
and fundamentals. ISO 9001 is also standard of code for the business that deals
with the new revision and the new requirements are also included in the system (Pcimag. com, 2000).
ISO 9004 is
standard that provides complete guidance for the fleshes of ISO 9001 and
implementation strategies. The two standards included in the model deals with
the quality and 20 key elements of the company that can be used for the
consistent production and the effective working in the workplace (Pcimag. com, 2000).
The prime focus of the standards is to produce the
products at a complete and higher level of quality. ISO 9001 model consists of
20 elements and these elements are further subdivided into four sections (Pcimag. com, 2000). Section 5 is
management responsibility, section 6 is for the resource management, section 7
is related to the product realization and section 8 is designed for the
improvement, analysis and the measurement of the quality of work (Pcimag. com, 2000).
