Description of event

I went to see my aunt in hospital last Sunday at 25^th of August in ICU Ward. The ward is considered sensitive for patients where the visitors should be prohibited to bring their mobile phones, but the staff didn’t check or consider it dangerous for the failure of medical devices. I found that the nursing staff was uneducated about it.

Feelings

Despite being a human, I considered that the nursing staff in the ICU ward was careless. They do not even care about patients as well as they do not take any step to noise-free environment in the ward. I felt bad to see those kinds of ethical behaviours.

Evaluation

I did personally evaluate such kind of unethical approach made by the nursing staff as well as they even stopped the visitors at the gate of ICU ward to submit their cell phones. The hospital staff performs unethical things or do not perming duties well as compared the hospitals in Europe of USA.

Analysis

After taking some observations, I analyse some key points regarding the careless behavior of the nursing staff members. The hospital staff perform their duties well by applying some strict rules in the hospital territory in USA. For example they do not allow visitors to bring their cell phone with you in the wards as well as more than visitor also prohibited each ward.

Conclusion

I have concluded that the nursing staff in the hospital does not aware of the assigned duties. They are not educated or trained for prevention of misshapes in the ICU ward. The trainer should need to bring some changes to make it better.

Action plan

I have proper code of conduct for the nursing staff for the betterment in the hospital to tell about how precious the life of a patient. The trainer has to conduct some training classes for the staff and should educate about their responsibilities. The main thing is that you have to complain about their behavior.
