The present report includes a critical
analysis of the internal and external environment of British gas UK. The
objective was to find the existing services and how these services can be
improved for customer satisfaction. The market expands to improve the services
and to recruit more advantages. The possibility of accessing a higher number of
customers is also they’re that can lead to gain access for the new technology.
The economic scale of the company is higher due to the implementation of new
technologies. The critical assessment of different factors defines that British
gas is developing a wide range of services for the customers. Even after higher
price fall resulted in a more reduction in the customers but still, the company
is developing and making progress.
