Now that you know the purpose of having a corporate Training and Development Specialist, the next step is to develop a Position Analysis Questionaire (PAQ) that will be used to create a job description for the Training and Development Specialist position. Your analysis should include 15-20 questions designed to gather information on the types of task and responsibilities for this position. Remember, a PAQ is not a list of questions used to interview job applicants, it's to gather information on the duties and characteristics for someone to be successful in this position.

Your questions should demonstrate originality and not consist of a full list of copy/paste of questions found in the research. Remember to cite your sources.

• The paper must be between 450 - 500 words, using double-spaced, Times New Roman font.


• The content must be original and demonstrate your ability create a PAQ for the position of a training and development specialist.


• The paper's last paragraph will have the heading LESSONS LEARNED in which you will generalize what you have learned from the week's research and readings.


• Your research must use a minimum of two outside resources appropriate for academic research. Do not use the textbook as a source.
