I am Ammar Kadhem petitioner of Alnuaimi baraa requesting for an expedite for our case because I am a US citizen I have been dealing with a depression and I am going through a really tough time because of my wife parting, and all what I’m going through now because I have not seen my wife after our marriage and I tried to see her but I couldn’t because the protest that happened on November of 2019 and the attack that happened on the US embassy so I got so worried about the situation and also its not safe to travel to Iraq so I waited to the situation to get better but I couldn’t wait and I was willing to take the risk and travel to see my wife so I went ahead and I bought my airline ticket for me and my parents because my parents were so considered about because people whos a US citizen in Iraq are in danger like me so and 2 days before my departure date the covid 19 pandemic happened and the Iraqi airport has been shut I did not get a chance to see her and its been 15 months since I saw my wife on that time I start dealing with depression and every time I see a husband and wife I feel so sad and start effecting my job and my life because of that I start to deal with a depression and start to see my doctor to be treated with medicating but the medication doesn’t make to stop thinking about my wife and worrying about her and at this moment I can not see my wife and also I am the only one who take care of my parents from doctor’s appointment and coke for them and every thing because they are dealing with chronic diseases (Asthma and blood pressor) and I’m doing all that to protect them from the Covid19 virus and I can not take the risk and travel with my parents to see my wife and also I can not take time off from my work because I work at (Edwards vacuum) and that considered as  essential worker and also my parent so worried and in constant thinking about me at work do to the depression that I’m going through and do to my depression that bothers me even more to see my parents like that and also not focusing at my work I injured my shoulder and had to do a surgery and even I had to stop taking classes to pursue my education and to pursue my dream job and to spend the rest of my life with my wife and my kids and also I’m so considered about my wife and her health if will get the Covid virus if my wife was by my side I would not go through all this depression and live my live.

And due to the time different in Iraq which is 10 hour different and because of that time different we are suffering from les sleep and also my wife can not focus on her education do to the constant thinking about me and our life and we are so sad we couldn’t do the honey moon that every husband and wife dream about and she has no one to take care of her and to make her feel better beside me and this is my duty as a husband to take care of her. And, I will provide all needed document. 

Please consider my request motivated by mercy and humanity. Please I hope to help me and wife to start our life and journey and to be like other happy family’s
