Organization’s Strategic Plan and Environmental Context
AIMD Bahrain organization targets avail intermediate phase repair capabilities and avail support tools for the combatants for regional peace and security in its area of jurisdiction. As presented in its strategic plan, the purpose of the organization is to provide the necessary skills and capabilities to enable them to gain the courage and abilities to lead at the front when peace missions need to be executed. The organization's strategic plan is the most crucial element since it directs them on the activities they should be focusing on, what they intend to achieve, their objectives and actions aim to take, or they are seeking to achieve its purpose.
The organization is purposed to promote an environment that is peacefully sustainable to safeguard the Navy's territories and empowerment programs. It equips the personnel with quality skills that they could remain to be dependable elements of the organization and the entire combat teams. Additionally, this strategy has been designed to promote and prepare fully equipped force in case of attacks, combatant operations, and any other military campaigns. Significantly, the strategic plan empowers the organization regarding its environment and the possible activities that they focused on encountering and the probable challenges on the equipment and the solutions for these issues.
The safety of the sailors, welfare, and training is the prioritized element depicted in the organization's mission statement. Relating to the environment, the organization keeps the personnel ready and useful for the security programs, especially in the Fifth Fleet area, in which they are responsible for caring and secure. As it has been the purpose of the forces to equip personnel, the organization is determined to promote quality service and ensuring every aspect of repairs and maintenance is achieved. The strategic plan incorporates critical values that every person adheres to in collaboration with those of the forces.
Key Strategic Choices Represented In the Plan
The strategic plan recognizes its current operations of promoting high-quality maintenance and repair skills. The organization is encompassed with production choices where they target to produce or process several repairable types of equipment daily and developing plans and activities to maintain them to achieve preparedness and sustainable security in the region.
Additionally, through its strategic plan, the organization has the choice of restoration, wherein the general maintenance division personnel are involved or participate in the repair process for the aircraft engines, hydraulic components, propeller assembling, personal survival equipment, and life support systems, and aircraft structures. The organization plan places a critical procedure in line with the forces' requirements and needs to bring up the unstable or fallen machines or equipment to a useable and sustainable state.
