Performance Management Final Project The objective is to analyze an organization’s performance management systems and propose a set of technical recommendations based on strategical tools. The methodology is not limited, and data can be primary or secondary in scope that may employ primary and qualitative or qualitative approaches. Depending on your organization your essay should reflect on: - The key effect of a properly/poorly implemented performance management system - The key effect of the integration of strategic tools for the performance management system (Balanced scorecard, Six Sigma or Total Quality Management). - Your recommendations representing the best practices when dealing with performance management. Writing the Performance Appraisal Assignment The paper should be 5-6 pages in length, excluding the cover page and reference page, and formatted according to APA (American Psychology Association). Must include a cover page that includes: • Name of paper • Student’s name • Course number and name • Instructor’s name • Date submitted Must include an introductory paragraph with a succinct thesis statement.
