during the project.
They would also like a range of activities completed throughout the project including staff surveys,
inspections as per the records, staff meeting to discuss progress and ideas and regular newsletters on
progress.
Management has also asked you to select the best team for the project and has indicated that the team
should encompass no more than four people, including yourself.

Identifying two different external specialist organisations that can provide advice/ guidance
on environmental sustainable work practices.
Identifying at least two innovative and environmentally sustainable practices in workplace
from the expert sources you have identified.
Identifying challenges to innovation in the workplace.
As part of this task, you should also review the Resource Use Report Template provided to you,
as you will need to explain this resource to your team and discuss how it will be used to conduct
the environmental assessment of the RTO in Assessment Task 3.
Prior to the meeting you will need to consider what you wish the team to achieve for this project
based on the scenario information and the required tasks and activities and this should be
reflected in the power point presentation you develop.
You are also required to review the team profiles and select the three team members that you
consider would be most suited to your project team in terms of their ability to provide innovative
ideas, as well as their subject matter knowledge and general skills.
