State whether you believe the crime-control model falls into the consensus or conflict model. Also state whether you believe the due-process model falls into the consensus or conflict model.
b. What are the major implications of each model’s approach for making social, legal, and political policy in criminal justice? [Please note that your response will discuss a total of six (6) implications, three (3) implications (social, legal, political) for each of the two (2) models.]
