I need a response to two discussion question answers. I only need 1 paragraph each.

The two benefits of the IT Strategy to use a SaaS solution to support the hiring process are:
- Reduced time to benefit
Distinct from the traditional model in SaaS, the software is installed and configured; thus, the user has the advantage of provisioning the server, for instance, in the cloud, and in a couple of hours, they can have the application ready for use
- Scalability and integration
Usually, SaaS solutions exist in cloud settings that are scalable and have integration with other SaaS offerings; thus comparing with the traditional model, users do not have to buy another server or software
They are three things the CIO and his team should look for as they consider which SaaS vendor to select:
- What is needed
When one wants to know what he/she needs ideally separated into a must-have list and a nice-to-have list, it will be much easier to figure out if any given solution fits the business and to resist shiny' things
- Check the software provider's credentials and certificates
When evaluating software vendors and technology partners, there is a need to look into their background
- What other customers have to say
There is a need to ask vendors for references in the industry since a provider of managed online backup and recovery solutions and happy customers gladly share experiences with the business owner
What you think is CIC's most significant risk in outsourcing this IT function
The software as service model eye-catching since it enhances organizations of all forms to take part in the service hence with the SaaS costs vary from being capital costs to operational expenses centered mainly on consumer application thus, the SaaS model permits users to reimburse for what they require in this case regarding the number of products that are seated through the system- and evade extra payments for hardware and enhances users to evade needing expertise in managing a hardware infrastructure

Two benefits of the IT strategy to use a SaaS solution to support the hiring process are the fact that MTC will not need to manage the daily maintenance and operation of the system and MTC will be able to integrate it into software that they already use in the hiring process.
Three things the CIO and his team should look for when considering which SaaS vendor to use are good reviews from customers who have been with the vendor for a good length of time, the quality of their customer support, and how long the vendor has been around (University of Maryland Global Campus, 2020). It is important for the vendor to have good reviews from long-term customers because those things can hint at the quality of the vendor. If the vendor has many customers who love the service, it could make the choice of vendor an easy decision. The quality of customer service is important because it is very likely everyone in the hiring process will need to use the customer service due to a lack of knowledge about the SaaS. Third, it is important for the vendor to have been around a long time because that can show trustworthiness and a high quality business.
MTC's biggest risk in outsourcing is security. This is its biggest risk because MTC will have to trust a company with its data and that of its applicants. This means MTC will not have control of this information (University of Maryland Global Campus, 2020) . To minimize risk, MTC needs to heavily research the SaaS vendor's security procedures and choose the right company to trust with its data.
