Lit Review
Gaps
Alt, & Itzkovich, (2015, pp. 121-134) asserts that phenomenon of civility in education program students has been neglected for many years. However, focus has now turned towards academic setting which tries to bring a connection between the field’s general civilization and the student.
De Luca, Blosnich, Hentschel, King, & Amen (2016, pp. 174-179) agrees that there has been a neglect in the area of a mental health problem for an extended period of time. This is changing as focus is now turned to it with realization that most African-Americans, Black-Hispanic face racial as well.
