Patient. is perceived to be multidimensional in the sense that he can be biological, spiritual, social or psychological component. And supposed to be put in the best condition for the nature to act on them (Anna, 2015).
Health. It is the wellness of the patient. Person’s health can be emotionally, spiritually or mentally. The nurse should ensure the patient is eating regularly and a nutritional diet is provided.
Environment. It is anything that surround the patient. It has a great effect on the patient’s illness therefore it should be conducive for his or her recovery.

Nursing is another metaparadigm. It is the service that the nurse provides to the patients. he or she should have the required special technical skills and medial knowledge in order to handle patients with care, compassion. Being not empathetic to the patient might cause a harm to their health and recovery process.
It takes a complete nurse to attend to all aspects of a patient’s wellness thus an assurance of best are provided.

according to Anna (2015), nursing conceptual model can be used to design and conduct their investigations. It provides an organizing structure for the design and methods.
The nursing conceptual model also can be used to describe the results of the study and put the findings on the context of a specific field of investigation.
To guide the development and testing of the interventions and hypothesis based on the principles of the theory. For example a model used to guide the development an implementation of clinical trial tests on cancer-related fatigue.
