They also seem to be more environment focused. The car factory proposal will be producing vehicles that are environmental friendly. Because they offer employee transportation by emission free buses is definitely a plus. They also give discounts on the vehicles that are emission free to the employees that should keep down vehicle emission in our town. Also, she stated that on site they will have filtering systems and water recycling that should keep the water waste in our town down too. This town is focused on the ecosystem in our town and not just the environment. The sustainability plan they have is a very good one. The first question I asked was concerning the waste/water consumption. She said to me that they had a system that had been tested over and over, but failed to let me know what the system was. I inquired about the sustainability plan for the community, and the answer I received was in the same way. In my opinion the emissions from an oil refinery would have a negative impact on our community. She showed little concern in respect to the health of our ecosystem. Her only concern seemed to be getting the refinery into the town. I do believe this company would produce more jobs in our town, it is my belief that it would be ill-advised to permit them to come to Sparksville.
