Worldview Analysis and Personal Inventory
Introduction
In healthcare requirements, the process of decision-making lays based on ethics and

that everything happens under the author of God, and He has control over it (Domingo-Osle &
Domingo, 2020). Ethical views of Christianity are a part of the choices that do not contradict
God's will; faith acts and convictions direct the decision-making process. Spirituality and ethics
of medicine are introduced, options are taken that have no evil precedent or attract people to
terrible actions.
Postmodern relativism focuses on a more broad-minded notion of spirituality, revealing
that the absolute truth does not exist. Postmodern relativism shows a more broad-minded
concept of spirituality, reporting that the whole truth does not exist. The facts that belief in God's
presence may be true or false and attributed to postmodern relativism contend that ethical claims
are valid. In effect, it's one of the two that is correct by chance. Any views on the validity of the
ethical viewpoint must then be taken into account. Postmodern relativism has a particularly
significant role in healthcare as it recognizes integration to promote the provision of health care
services amongst multiple ethnic groups. Medical specialists apply their knowledge to
understand the monopoly that is not present to enhance ethics and spirituality principles. It is
essential to consider the cultures currently unknown.
The Concept of Scientism and Its Contrasting Arguments
Scientism is a scientism concept that offers the best acknowledgment to the hard sciences
to provide purported reliable knowledge on truths. The back born of this kind of sciences relies
much on the performance of experiments by using the concept of various disciplines such as

spirituality. Most executives and management bodies usually apply the ethical perspective of
decision-making to solve the conflicting issues that involve competing values. This paper,
therefore, discusses the Christian view on spirituality and ethics about the idea of postmodern
relativism in a healthcare setting environment. The article also in detail discusses the concept of
scientism and its contrasting argument. Even the other critical area discussed in the paper
includes the ultimate reality, nature of the universe, the definition of human being, knowledge,
the basics of ethics, and the role of existence.
Christian Perspective on Ethics and Spirituality
In the matter of Christianity, the viewpoint of spirituality and ethics are explained in the
religious view. Taking spirituality into consideration, it tries to demonstrate God's concept as
what, who, and how, applying theological and spiritual backgrounds. In Christianity, there is the
belief that God is the supernatural and powerful being. The Bible explains the importance of
human life, the truth, and the definition of life as a whole. Christianity, therefore, provides the
belief to the human being, with a solid foundation in the unseen or spiritual world, that
everything that happens is under the control of God, and He is the ultimate author.
Christianity explains the perspective of spirituality and ethics in the religious view.
Spirituality is believed to express the concept of Godly being as what, who, and how using
theological and religious backgrounds. Christianity believes that God is the most powerful
spiritual being, and biblical systems explain the truth, importance of human life, and definition of
life. Such beliefs provide human beings with a solid foundation in the spiritual world in believing
biology, physics, chemistry, and other branches of science. The sciences use evidence to
reproduce data and execute analysis experiments that consistently generate the results (Rui,
2018). Simple science does not rely on replicable evidence and creates supposed findings that
change over time. How the evidence is interpreted brings in the contrast between hard and

straightforward research. The difference between the hard and straightforward sciences lies in
how the information is presented. The more reliable information from hard sciences is made
steadfast by the methods applied in developing theories and principles. They are identified to
have a high degree of intellect.
To contrast the concepts of scientism, there are two arguments presented to distinguish
the two. Usually, the hard science truths are not ultimate; this is because most of the different
discoveries rely upon and are influenced by the environment and the instruments applied during
the scientific experimentation for the concept being explained. Despite the scientific methods
and the atmosphere where evidence is evaluated, the entire reality about the evidence posed by
hard sciences will not change. This is why both hard and soft science provides knowledge with a
degree of independence for progress. It is understandable.
Another point is tyrannical approaches that ignore some viewpoints and focus heavily on
logic — approaches that discourage substantive knowledge. The material is then not used to
experiment with more data rather than discarded. Simple research uses the techniques to build a
more meaningful outlook and reasoning.
Ultimate Reality
According to the ultimate reality, it argues that environmental interactions act as the
primary source of human beings' existence. The development of a human into an upright person,
being nature's product, is exclusively controlled by the environment that the person is sourced
from. In an environment, several factors influence overall social development by determining the
thinking process, values, and state of manner. Applying an example is Muslim and Christianity
perspectives on marriage, where the Muslim faith allows polygamous marriage. At the same
time, Christianity, on the other hand, only permits a single woman to marry only one man. In

certain situations, life experience helps you determine and justify that life is viewed in a
particular way.
The Nature of the Universe
The universe has and is always subject to change, and time, on the other hand, is the
primary change in the universe. Any change to affect the universe requires energy, and the
priorities influence change as per the energy conversion, competition, evolution, and extinction.

Competition put is the survival for the fittest, where naturally there exists a desire to strive for
the scarcely available resources that are the necessary provision of energy.
Definition of Human Being
Two perspectives are put forward to define a human being. The creation, or rather the
religious perspective, defines humans as the creatures created by God. According to the biblical
narratives, the human being was built in the image and likeness of God. Later the human was
given the responsibility to procreate and take care of all other creative forms by following God's
instruction.
Definition of Knowledge
According to the definition, knowledge is a set of complete information, skills, and facts
acquired by an individual through educational training or self-experiencing from relevant
participation. The knowledge gained through experience is as a result of getting familiar with
expertise, but through education, on the other hand, an individual acquires knowledge through
informal and formal procedures. Individuals who exhibit ability can think and manage life
processes. For example, a nursing student provides healthcare while a pilot, on the other hand,
flies an airplane in the sky.

Two concepts bear the explanation of the perceived basis of ethics. The awareness,
beliefs, and opinions delivered by someone are applied to selecting right and wrong. The
environment that the bearer of the qualities has gained experience is how they can differentiate
right from wrong. For example, I believe that a person should earn from where they work, and no
man should eat where he has not labored. Public beliefs and principles are the foundation of the
second concept (Shankman, 2018). I may have a personal faith in a particular idea or theory does
not mean every member of the public believes in my way. There will be conflicts of interest in
presenting thoughts towards theories and concepts. What is discussed in public meetings is a
consensus of the different views and opinions of other people. Ethical principles hold directives
on how to respect private information in an environment of experts and professionals. The guides
have to be followed despite having a contrasting view of them. These concepts generate a
concept of addressing ethical situations in an interactive way.
Purpose of my Existence
My life aims to raise the bloodline of my life by procreating and obeying God's will and
leading a religious life. Marriage is the prime need for procreation, to allow me to deliver
children and fulfill my family needs by working every day. My responsibility for my immediate
environment is also to use the environment to live in my future generation of the bloodline.
Obedience to God and observance of religious principles include the faith that God created and
valued Him through service. Thus, the two factors of my life fuse to lead me to honor God's will
and increase the generation.
