I. As a start allow me to ask How many of you guys know what is Kuwait? Today I'm here

to tell you about Kuwait because I'm Kuwaiti and I would like to let my classmates know

about my country.

II. Kuwait is located in the continent of Asia, Kuwait covers 17,820 square kilometers and

shares land borders with 2 countries: Saudi Arabia, Iraq.

Body:

I. Kuwait Economy

A. The Kuwaiti Dinar is the highest valued currency in the world.

B. Kuwait has a high-income economy and it's rated as the sixth largest oil reserves."

C. "In his 1979 book, the economy of Kuwait, M. Khouja said that before discovering the

oil in Kuwait, the main source of income in Kuwait was diving for pearls, fishing and

ships building.

II. Places in Kuwait

A- The Avenues is considered to be one of the largest malls in the world with more than 800

stores spread over the 7 phases.

B- Al-Hamra Tower is the World tallest carved skyscraper

1- Al-Hamra tower have 80 levels and 414m high.

2- The first 3 levels contain luxury brands, VIP cinemas, restaurants, and the remaining

levels are for business offices.

C- Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad cultural center

1- Also known as Kuwait Opera House

2- It has 4 buildings which are: Library, art theatres, concerts, and conference halls.

A. Hala February Is an event that took its place after the Gulf War between Kuwait and Iraq.

B. This event represent the Liberation Day which is on February 26, but the festival is a

C. This event is a good source of income as well because many visitors from the middle east

countries come to Kuwait to enjoy the music concerts and carnivals.
