stress is poisonRead 11.3 (12.3 for the 11th edition) in your book called, "Stress and Health".
Now do the following activity and report on it on this discussion board.
First find a method of measuring your own stress level. There are smart phone apps, online questionnaires, or measure your heart rate with your finger and a stop watch, etc.

Second, use it to measure your stress level for a baseline. Record the measurement results.
RelaxThird, try a relaxation technique (some are described in the book, or use something that you have noticed relaxes you, or use one of the suggestions from the last link in the list above) and use the method to measure your stress level again. Record these measurements.
