Scenario

You are an HR Manager in a manufacturing plant, and your HR Director has decided to introduce personality testing at both the recruitment stage and for career development of current employees. In order for managers to understand the value of using this new tool, the HR Director wants to provide some job aids so that they may learn background information about why personality testing can provide useful information. Your HR Director has asked you to prepare an infographic as a job aid for hiring managers that explains the impact of personality dimensions on job and organization fit.
