Waste Liquid Incineration Process/Submerged Combustion System

This incineration process can treat waste liquid containing high COD organics and alkaline metal compounds, perfectly and stably.

Typical incinerator condition

 • Temperature over 900 degree Celsius

• Mean residence time

Features

• Perfect decomposition, no regeneration Of dioxin.

• NO clogging trouble.

• Simultaneous treatment of waste liquid and waste gas.

Examples of Application over 2 sec

gas Flue gas

• Waste liquid/gas from manufacturing process Of chemicals, agrochemicals, organic pigment e.g. acrylonitrile, acid ester, caprolactam, CVL

• Waste liquid from industrial waste disposal facility

• Waste liquid from desulfurization process such as STRETFORD, TAKAHAX and FUMAX. liquid Incinerator Ventu ri scrubber

Organic Chloride Compound Incineration Process

This process can decompose completely organic chloride compounds without air pollution and regenerating dioxin. HCI generated can be recovered as specified concentration.

Features Examples of Application

• Recovery HCI,: N35% aqueous solution or 100% HCI gas. • Waste gas/liquid of organic chloride compounds and

• Heat recovery with waste heat boiler. organic silicate compounds.

• Pickling waste acid.
