The paper is NOT an essay, how-to, or opinion piece, it is to be a research report based fully on facts and data derived from appropriate sources in the literature. Provide a reference citation for EVERY statement of fact you include in your paper. Do NOT string together direct quotes from reference sources to create a narrative in the report. More than three quotes within the paper will be too many. Write in your own words and include quote marks for ALL material copied from other sources. Remember, a literature review tells what other experts and researchers have discovered, NOT what you know or think. Save your own opinions about what all the facts mean for the conclusion of the review.

The objective of the research paper is to enable you to conduct independent academic research in an area directly related to the course subject matter. Your efforts will generate a high-quality written report summarizing the results of your research into the current scholarly and relevant trade literature related to your chosen topic.

 Change management methods are considered as effective strategies in an organization’s routine and plays important role in management culture (Cao, Clarke, & Lehaney, 2004). These methods affect organizations; therefore, organizations are seeking to improve management methods. Change management became primary component that supports organization to improve what it does best. Changes should be managed carefully since it is inevitable. It requires to follow strategic and holistic processes to evaluate changes enforced by the market. On the other hand, course of organization are determined by these changes such as negative production results which are complicated to reverse (Counsell, Tennant, & Neailey, 2005). Thus, methods of change management direct software companies to participate in the progress of project management activities. The objective of this study is to explore and analyze change management methods for On-demand NPD in small organizations. The following the list of research question: 

• What are the practical experiences in defining and institutionalizing an on-demand NPD process in a small enterprise, and what is a practical example of how collaborators deal with changes?
