Based on the leadership system and structure of the organization, the employees are highly influenced in terms of their productivity and general conduct. Specifically, this has a huge impact on first job employees who are brought on board by an organization. In due time, inevitably issues are prone to emerge pertinent to communication and group behavioral issues. To begin with, a first job employee is an employee that is purposed to build proficiency and skills with a short-term intention of working for an organization. In this regard, the employee is gaining mastery in a given field with intentions of implementing them in a future career endeavor. In this case, the current organization becomes a building ground for the employee. This has intensive repercussions in an organization’s workplace. First and foremost, effective communication, being a crucial aspect in any organization characterized with success is compromised. In relation to the leadership system of an organization, the production metrics deployed would include a long-term grooming of employees in the organization. In the absence of effective communication, production processes are prone to underperformance. The first issue that would be a vague vision on the organization’s future prospects, putting into consideration that veteran employee has been going through constant leadership grooming and long-term sensitization on the general vision and objective. As a result, the first job employees miss on effectively integrating into the current workforce, seeing that they lack solid information on the vision of the organization. This is influential putting into consideration that these first job employees will not be able to effectively communicate with fellow employees and the managerial staff. In addition to this, there is a possibility of delayed feedback or a total absence of feedback among fellow employees and between employees and the managerial staff. This leads to a lack of collaboration between employees and is very influential as it leads to stagnation in production processes in the organization.
