DTCC is involved in the business of providing clearing, settlement and information services for equities, corporate and municipal bonds, government and mortgage-backed securities, money market instruments and over-the-counter derivatives. In addition, DTCC is a leading processor of mutual funds and insurance transaction, linking funds and carriers with their distribution networks.

Infosys Limited and DTCC have entered into a Master Service Agreement (“MSA”) that is valid until it is terminated by either Infosys Limited or DTCC and DTCC specify additional projects, extensions, and/ or modifications of existing projects via different contractual vehicles, including, but not limited to, Statements-of-Work (“SOWs”). Under the current MSA, Mr. Shivanand Reddy Dendi is currently working as a Sub-contractor, in the professional position of Software Engineer and is assigned to the Application Development project at DTCC’s 570 Washington Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07310 location. The minimum requirement for this position is a Bachelor’s degree or foreign or experiential equivalent. This is the industry standard. Mr. Shivanand Reddy Dendi is assigned to work on this project until 12/31/2019, with extensions if needed. In the professional position of Software Engineer, Mr. Shivanand Reddy Dendi is responsible for:

• Contribute to Application Development team discussions and decisions on overall Application design and best approach for implementing, and development Solution.

• Work with Java/J2EE Technology which includes Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, REST Webservices Multidimensional databases(Oracle), Node JS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
