Problem Set 3 Reference
All of the questions come from the problem sets in the relevant textbook chapters. Below I list the minimal amount of readings you need for each question. The page numbers might be a bit different, depending on the versions of your textbook.

(Make sure you write your answer with a separate table that demonstrates the calculation process for each question , following the example of Table 13.7 or 13.14 in the textbook).
