Boston Ballet had a very successful ticket selling result with its production of the Nutcracker. But the challenge is how to transfer this outcome to the rest of its portfolio. Imagine you are the new marketing director of Boston Ballet and you need to develop a marketing strategy for “non-holiday” performances.
