Lesley University has invested in their web site working with marketing and following their enrollment management strategy. They have made it a visual experience meaning that there are videos of students, campus and the experiences available in Cambridge. The web site is positioned to drive students to various tabs that are of interest to prospective and current students. The intent is to entice the prospective student to explore and want to learn more about Lesley. There is information on campus events, how to contact admission counselors, academic programs that are offered, tuition costs and financial aid. They can sign up for different events through the web site making it convenient since they are already there.
The website has stories about student, alumni and faculty experiences on and off campus that focus on their recent accomplishments regarding career, community service, and other contributions to the Lesley community.
Lesley University’s goal with their web site is to get their mission out to as many potential students as possible and to share all that the university has to offer. Strategic Enrollment Management is supported across the institutions and that is reflected throughout the web site providing information of their mission, support and opportunities for the student.

The enrollment management team at CUNY City includes the office of admissions as well as the offices of the registrar, bursar, financial aid, and evaluation and testing (The City College of New York). Each office displays a welcome message for new students that may not be familiar with the functions carried out there as well as has navigation for contact information and resources, like presentations or forms needed throughout your time as a student. I thought the evaluation and testing office addition to the team was an interesting one, especially since most students do not have to use the placement exam service anymore. According to their new policy, only a portion of ESL students must take the writing test to be registered in the correct course level (The City University of New York). Though other offices are not officially listed as part of the team, they play a role in attracting and retaining students at the college. For example, some students come to CUNY City because of research opportunities they cannot get at other CUNY schools or they may want to come to CUNY City to be a part of a varsity team which combined have 63 conference titles (The City College of New York). Following the latter example, if a student enrolls as a member of the soccer team and does not get much playing time they may not persist to the following year. Cooperation from all of these offices allows for a better experience from prospective student through to alumnus. On the topic of ease and collaboration, it sounds as though there is a new technology system being implemented for students, faculty, and staff to access account information. Hopefully this will enhance the student experience and improve integration of data for these offices to be able to work together more seamlessly.
