Introduction:
Al Nahdi Pharmacy is a Saudi company based in the city of Jeddah, Al Nahdi started in 1986 and started its work with two pharmacies only in Jeddah , And worked on the development until it has now a lot of branches in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which about 125 branches and 5 minutes away from 80% of the community. One of the advantages of this pharmacy is that it not only provides customers with their needs, but also seeks to educate them through publications. Al Nahdi Pharmacy has approximately 10,000 employees and 16,000 products. In 2015 , Al Nahdi Pharmacy received its award for being ranked fifth in the best working environment. Our goal is to improve customer relationships loyalty, add services to our membership card and to make customers very satisfied with us. Four attractive and innovative ideas for the client aimed at improving the relationship and these four services (opportunities) are: FriendlyBox , medicine ATM, PharmaDoctor , and Spa.
Intelligence Phase:
We have created this idea to strengthen our relationship with discerning customers. How to get these services through collecting bills until to 1,000 Saudi Riyals and then our customer will be able to access to those services.
The first service is FriendlyBox which having three boxes, first box called a new product: this new product box is containing of our new products to let the customer try them and if there is suggestion or complaint of these products we will receive their Opinion ; this box consists of three new products maximums. Second box called birthday box: Contains of all the care products such skin care, nourishing, vitamins and care creams products. By pre-registering to our web site, we have all the data related to our valued customers, we have a birthday alert for any customer we have registered in the web site. So, this box is sent directly to the customer. Third box called everyday use: this box contains of what the customer usually buys. The idea of this box that we will see the products that the customers usually buying and we will make the box from their favourite products that they usually buy. The box consists of five products maximum. So, we will have two types of the boxes which are male box and female box. Here are the examples of the boxes that we will make. First, the female box is consisting of, makeup and nail remover, lotion, face and hair masks, etc of her favourite products that she usually buys . Second, the male box consists of, shaving tools; face masks, shampoo, soap. etc. of his favourite products that he usually buys, all these boxes will reach the customer by registering his information in our web page such as name, mobile number, age and gender.
The second service is spa pharmacy dedicated to the health and well-being of our community. We are a full-service pharmacy with all the products, services and conveniences of a modern pharmacy but with a charm of a past era. We honour old-fashioned values and our commitment to our customers will hold strong through personalized services it provides for who have 1000 points in membership card will get the service free otherwise for another customer he/she have to pay for it .
The third service is a medical ATM We are always looking for new ways to combine convenience and innovation to help better serve our customers Our new medicine ATM vending machine program allows us to extend that convenience beyond our brick-and-mortar locations to offer customers on-the-go essentials in the locations where they often need them most, like airports, hotels and other transportation hubs.
Finally, the PharmaDoctor is improving our web site to facilitate the consultation process. we are try improve our and add consult Online Doctor is a doctor-led initiative providing safe and reliable remote online healthcare to distinguished customers who they achieve specific points such as (1000) in their membership card in the AL Jubail branch Our patient-centred model of healthcare allows patients to tailor care around their schedule, and increases healthcare access for harder-to-reach patient groups.
