Revising An Economic Research Paper
The model is presented in a confusing way and the hypothesis tested is unclear (you should explicitly list the null hypothesis and the alternative hypothesis).
The equation on page 9 refers to a fixed effects model, which is not the model for which estimation results are reported on page 10.
You have understood the P-value exactly backwards. A large P-value does not offer strong evidence with which to reject the null hypothesis that a regression coefficient is zero. The fact that your confidence intervals for the coefficients are large and contain zero should have alerted you to this. See https://onlinecourses.science.psu.edu/stat501/node/261
You have apparently very few observations, which is a major reason you cannot reject the null hypotheses you have (implicitly) in your paper. You do not present your database at the end so I can see all the data you used.
The mention of the neoclassical theory of demand on page 9 is seriously confused.
A minor issue is that you overlooked my prescription of two fonts, one of which should be used in the paper, instead of the usual Times New Roman.
