PROJECT STEPS 1. 2. You are working on a presentation for the new passive solar division of Fractal Source Solar, a solar energy design company. Start by formatting Slide 1 (“Fractal Source Solar”) as follows: a. Change the title font color to Red, Accent 2, Darker 25% (6th column, 5th row of the Theme Colors palette). b. Change the subtitle font size to 24 pt. On Slide 3 (“How It Works”), proportionally resize the picture so that it is approximately 3.44" wide, and then use Smart Guides to position the picture as shown in Figure 1 below. On the new Slide 4, change the slide title to the following: Considerations b. On Slide 4, change the bulleted list to the following: Climate Path of sun Latitude 5. On Slide 5 (“Low-Energy Design”), change the slide layout to Title and Content. 6. On Slide 6 (“Solar Building Has Been Around a Long Time”), create a multilevel bulleted list in the right content placeholder with the following text: Chinese Solar for 6,000 years Romans Used glass to trap heat Ancient Pueblo Indian cliffs 8. After Slide 6, insert a new Slide 7 using the Section Header layout. Enter Create a Sun Plan in the title placeholder, and then enter Concepts in the text placeholder. 9. Move Slide 8 (“Free Webinar”) so it becomes the last slide in the presentation. 10. On the new Slide 8 (“Retrofit Ideas”), italicize the text in the second bullet point (“Throw some shade”) to draw attention to this suggestion. 11. With Slide 8 still displaying, in the right content placeholder, insert the picture from the file Support_SC_PPT16_1b_Interior.jpg, available for download from the SAM website. 12. Apply the Uncover transition with a duration of 00.25 seconds to all slides in the presentation. 13. Fractal Source Solar wants to make it easy for reviewers to concentrate on the text and content. Apply the Office theme to simplify the presentation. In Slide Sorter view, your presentation should look like the Final Figure on the following page. Save your changes, close the presentation, and then exit PowerPoint. Follow the directions on the SAM website to submit your completed project.
