Prepare Work for Your "Positive Structural Change" Project.

I need a plan in essay form (APA 7 format) fulfilling the following criteria:

 Directions:

1. Describe the organization you will analyze in your Signature Assignment.


2. Address the current state of the organization, opportunities for change, and the development of a plan that will lead the organization to positive change in the near future.


3. Identify some of the tools of organizational behavior that you learned in the course, and how you intend to utilize them as part of your analysis


4. With at least 5 references

Then: A PowerPoint Presentation ( 12-20 slides) with the following scenario:

You are in a leadership position within either your current organization or an organization that employed you in the past.

Now, that you have almost completed this course, you are aware of the valuable tools that are at your disposal for producing positive change throughout the company. Your superiors have asked you to use your expertise to develop a plan to address the current state of the organization, opportunities for change, and development of a plan that will lead the organization to positive change for the near future.  Some of these desired changes include the development of leadership skills in your subordinates and using principles of organizational behavior to reduce and resolve conflicts in light of your global workforce. Your supervisor has asked you to present your findings and plan to the board of directors.  

Since your audience is dispersed globally, you have decided to develop a  PowerPoint presentation to convey your findings. Therefore, your plan should first analyze the current state of your organization, prescribe opportunities that you see for a positive change, and then construct a plan to lead the company into that future desired state. In your analysis and plan, you will want to utilize many of the tools of organizational behavior that you learned in the course (e.g., how to apply various leadership concepts when working with diverse teams; using your leadership skills to resolve conflicts; developing the leadership skills of others).

Be sure to support and appropriately justify your plan with a minimum of five resources. The length of your presentation should be approximately 12-20 slides, not including title and reference pages. Your plan should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to the topic of organizational behavior. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
