Why a Bachelor’s degree is necessary for your job
I am working as an associate programmer analyst. I have recently completed my master's degree in Management Information systems in May 2018. I started working at my current company as an Information Technology Intern and was converted as full-time employee. I completed my Bachelor's in Electrical and electronics engineering in 2016 and had 1year of Software Developer Intern experience.

EXAMPLE
Just to give you an example of what I am looking for - A Supply Chain Specialist who learned things like lean methodology, demand planning/forecasting, warehouse management or supply auditing tools are all skills that are often taught in college (not high school). Those are tools a Supply Chain professional uses to carry out his/her job. You can also mention specific projects or tasks that you do that you learned to do from a college course

I came from electrical background and so starting as software intern was kind of completely different
now my company has requested me to write a document telling how the bachelor's degree and skill set I earned and also my master's degree in MIS helped me or contributed or justified my current role?
