Red Zuma Project Parts 1 and 2
Complete Parts 1 and 2 of the Red Zuma Project. You will need to turn in the Microsoft Project File along with the requested printouts and reports. It is important for you to present this information in a professional manner as if you were turning this into your supervisor. Therefore, make sure that your memo looks and is written in a professional manner and tone. Your memo will be written with a word processing software like MS Word. Your response should be concise, but with the appropriate detail that this type of task would require in a professional setting.
Make sure you back-up your work and keep your MS Project file. You will be using the work you did in Parts 1 and 2 for Parts 3 and 4.
There are some videos that you can watch to assist you with using Microsoft Project. The first set of videos use an older version of the Zuma project called Blue Zuma as the data for the instruction videos. This will not be a problem at all. You will be watching the videos to see how to use Microsoft Project. In addition, there are another set of videos that are more generic about using Microsoft Project – it is linked in the left navigation bar. Please use these videos and ask your instructor if you have any questions or problems with the software or the project.
