Individual Assignment: Project Team Leadership Presentation
Purpose of Assignment
An important role of the project manager is to be comfortable with communicating project progress to the corporate sponsor and project steering committee. This presentation will provide the student with an understanding of the importance of this form of communication to executives. The focus on team leadership will reinforce the project manager’s role and authority on a project and the importance of a structured team model.
