Case Summary/Overview – 25 points
· This is a brief overview and description of your company/case. It should include 4-5 paragraphs giving an overview of the case (do not simply rewrite what is in the case study). Be sure and include current information about your case – use outside material if necessary, the company website is a good place to find current information.
Questions and Answers – 50 points
· List the question number, type the question (in bold) and then give your answer (in unbolded font). Be sure and thoroughly address the questions. One or two sentences are not sufficient. Each answer should be several sentences if not two to four paragraphs. Use the textbook material to answer your questions. If you feel that material from another chapter is relevant to your case then include it.
Reactions – 10 points
· What is your overall reaction to the case? There is no right or wrong answer for this section. Just be sure that your reaction aligns with the rest of your case analysis. Include at least two paragraphs giving your thoughts/opinions about the case.
Recommendations - 10 points
· Use what you have learned in this management course to make recommendations concerning the case. Consider ways to incorporate the chapter material into your recommendations. There are no right or wrong recommendations-- use your critical thinking skills to act like a “management consultant” and give a few recommendations to the corporation in your case study.
Format: 5 points
