Reflection time management

I want you to write a reflection paper on a time management project that I did which is basically recording and collecting daily data for a week. the reflection paper should interpret this data. 750 words, font 12, double spaces. All instructions is included in the file i attached (TM outline). Please follow the instructions for the reflection paper form page 5 to 8. pg1 to 4 is about the project itself which you might need this information as well. Most people are quick to complain that they don’t have enough time, but they are often unsure about how they actually spend their time. Students will track their time for 24 hours a day for 7 days. After analyzing how much time was spent on what types of activities, students will write a final reflective paper describing their perspective on time management and their personal strengths and weaknesses. You will collect a week of TM data at the beginning of the midterm course. It’s imperative that you accurately assess how you are using your time so that changes can be implemented immediately to enhance your efforts to achieve your academic goals by the end of the semester. A Word About Time Management Apps: There are a number of great time management apps available – many for free. aTimeLogger is a good example of a free app that can be customized for you to track activities specific to your lifestyle.
