The future of high value work will demand significantly more non-routine cognitive skills as well as be more collaborative and team oriented. The future will not just be about what you know, it will be about how you think and effectively apply what you know. What you bring to the team (and the reflection assignment meetings) is a direct and immediate impression of who you are, what skills you have and your value.
The Reflection assignments have been designed support a more “Active Learning” environment where you will have the opportunity to participate in activities that are more like the real world of work.
The expectation is that you will have done your homework and will bring ideas to the team meeting to enable you as a group to quickly deliver a well thought out, fact based, organized assignment submission for the team assignment "Reflections 01".
Please upload a copy of the pre-work (as a single file) you personally researched and contributed (you should answer all of the questions yourself prior to the meeting) to support your team in meeting the requirements of the in class Reflections 01 assignment. The file should include your pre-meeting notes, observations, article references, graphics, etc.
This is an individual Ungraded Assignment. As in a real work scenario, I will only be assessing the output of the team. In the remote (I hope) case of an issue, I will use this work assignment to access the quality of your participation.
NOTE: Inadequate or late work will receive a zero (0) and may subject you to being reassigned to a team with other non-participants or a team of one (1) where you will be individually responsible for all of the assignment work.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Answers without citations, misleading citations, or from CourseHero/Chegg will result in a Zero ( a "1" in Canvas tells me at a glance that you 'plagiarized' / did not think).
