Each student isrequired to write a reporton a visit to a shopping center of their choice, but that should not be a shopping center that is known to the student. The below questions will be answered while taking into account the progression of the discussions around the syllabus, as well as personal research and findings
Internet Shopping Center in Confinement :
1.What do you intend to buy ?
2.Which is the best situation within the internet, for a shop ?
3.Which shop(s) did you like most, and why ?
4.In which shop(s) did you find the most clients ? Why do you think they are there (statistics) ?
5.Outside recognition / signage: welcome page: which are the best and worst shops ?
6.Inside the shop: where are the cash registers generally ?Contrast & clarity ? Security ?
7.Sales personnel: describe the service you got –what can you improve ?
8.Which products did you like and look into and what wasthe best and worse merchandising ?
9.Choose one shop and list ten measures to improve it.
10.What did you finally buy / consume ?Will you visit again or consume later ? (e.g. did any internet store push you to the real physical store or social media ?)
11.Did you download the app ? Does this really help ?
12.Is the internet store attractive? Recommendations for further development ?
To document your answers, you may describe and/or usepictures. Don’t forget to use the course materials and make parallels to real store environments !

*Apply theories learned during class,
*Use techniques and tools learned,
*Use mainly academic sources (min. 5-6) in order to contrast and compare the information,
*In case you decide to use non-academic sources (newspapers, articles) they are not part of the required 5-6 academic sources.Non-academic sources are allowed for the descriptive part of your work and need to be included in your bibliography.
*Critically analyze the information acknowledged from the case study and from your own research,
*Structureyour answersusing the appropriate theories, concepts,and models,
*Sections and ideas should be coherently linked together,
