Spanish 1A- Unit 3 Portfolio Instructions Para Usar Los Adjetivos! **These instructions are different than the instructions posted in your course. Please follow these instructions to earn full credit** The assessment for this lesson is a portfolio item. When you are finished, go to page 11 of Unit 3, lesson 4 to submit your assignment through the dropbox. I cannot accept assignments through webmail. For this portfolio, you will be describing a member of your community or family. You will need to introduce that person, describe them, and tell what they like to do using all Spanish sentences. Please refer to the portfolio help slide show for key vocabulary words and examples. These sentences can be imagined; this does not have to be factual information about your mailman. The point of this assignment is to practice writing sentences in Spanish by describing a person. Requirements: 1. 5 complete Spanish sentences (following the sentence structure below). 2. All Spanish vocabulary and words form the course…no translators. Sentence Structure: Sentence #1: Introduction of your person.  Mrs. Kizziah is a teacher  Sra. Kizziah es una maestra. Sentence #2: Describe what they are like with an adjective.  Mrs. Kizziah is short.  Sra. Kizziah es baja. Sentence #3: Describe what they are like with another adjective.  Mrs. Kizziah is funny.  Sra. Kizziah es graciosa/cómica. Sentence #4: Tell one thing they like to do using gustar.  Mrs. Kizziah likes to swim.  Sra. Kizziah le gusta nadar. Sentence #5: Tell one thing they do not like to do using gustar.  Mrs. Kizziah does not like to run.  Mrs. Kizziah no le gusta corre.
