· Administering oral, intramuscular and subcutaneous medications, initiating IV fluids, removing surgical staples and stiches, placing surgical sutures, wound vacs and PICOT vacs, monitoring pt’s intake/ output, documenting in patients' charts, entry/closing notes, and nursing communications.
· Assessing patient needs, planning or modifying care and implementing interventions.
