Technical communication memo format

The paper is for a technical communication course. It should be an analysis of 3 examples of technical communication chosen from 1 topic set on the flu, climate change, OR software that I'm going to provide below. The paper should be in memo format.

DIRECTIONS

In order to identify, describe, and analyze the different ways in which examples of technical communication work in the world, you will do the following in order to complete this assignment:

Pick one topic set below -- the flu, climate change, OR software.
Choose three examples from within that set to analyze in your memo
Use the rhetorical principles and conventions described in textbook(I'm going to upload it and tell you which pages to check out below), to
Discuss the kind of work that technical communication does as exemplified across the examples you've chosen in your set
Identify and describe features of technical communication across the examples you've chosen(Macro such as: Situation, Purpose/Exigency, Audience,Genre,Rhetor(Author, Speaker) as well as Micro such as Usability, Design Readability,Style,3Cs(clarity,Conciseness,Correctness) )
Analyze the range of situations to which examples of technical communication are responding (i.e., the subject/topic; the purpose of the document; who the readers--known and potential--are; what is the motivation/exigency of the document)
Assess the qualities of effective technical communication (e.g., accuracy, clarity, readability, usability) as they are constructed in various examples of technical communication
Analyze the specific ways in which each example you've chosen responds to a specific situation in ways that are similar/different from the other examples in the set( Please don' just describe each example separately throughout the memo like example 1 does this and this, Example 2 this and that, and Finally example 3 does... there should be comparison in your analysis- similarities, differences and you should analyze why these differences or similarities exist in the examples
